Beautiful entrance, the lobby smelled wonderful. The front desk agent was kind and pleasant. Room exceeded expectations. I love the "details" in the bathroom; the way they tied the trashbag, the fold on the toilet paper, etc. Room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!

The hotel and location are outstanding. It was a busy time at the hotel, but the staff were courteous and did not miss a step. The customer lounge was excellent, and the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. I only wished we'd use the lounge more.we

It feels like it's its own community. Food and a movie theater is literally walking distance. They had a lot of activities on the lawn, including s movie night. The hotel is really nice and modern.

The breakfast was amazing since I am a Marriot rewards member. The food & coffee room stays open all night with free cokes, coffee, tea, juice & milk. Great perk!

Friendly staff with quick check in and check out. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Room request away from the elevators was fulfilled and our room was very quiet. Even with a prom in the lobby, we were able to get a good nights sleep.

We loved everything about Houston CityPlace Marriott at Springwoods Village! We don’t have a single complaint. I believe having the nice televisions with streaming services made out last weekend perfect. 10/10 and will definitely be staying again soon!
